This didn't help.&nbsp; Congratulations to my tormentors, they've now graduated to &quot;international terrorism.&quot;</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>I was left alone for 13 months after moving to San Antonio, Texas, USA.&nbsp; Then about the second week of November 2009&nbsp;it started again for no apparent reason.&nbsp; I've had enough of this, even a little is too much, so I'm going to teach you...</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>HOW TO SPOT THEIR VEHICLES:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></div> <div><span>Police and others use specific ways of marking their vehicles.&nbsp; These are called &quot;Tradecraft.&quot;&nbsp; Below are some of the markings most commonly used.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>*Pine Tree Air Fresheners (Verified by Texas Department of Public Safety.&nbsp; This is decades old)</span></div> <div><span>*Crooked license plates</span></div> <div><span>*One missing headlight or taillight</span></div> <div><span>*One healight or taillight brighter than the other</span></div> <div><span>*No lights at all</span></div> <div><span>*One missing parking or fog light front and or rear</span></div> <div><span>*No front plate</span></div> <div><span>*Missing hubcap or hubcaps</span></div> <div><span>*Very dark tint jobs and extremely bright headlights often on a white car with black trim.&nbsp; Vehicles configured this way are often used for escort work, but I've been stalked and harrassed by these, so I'm including them.</span></div> <div><span>*Handicapped Placards hanging from the rear view mirror</span></div> <div><span>*Beads, flowers or anything else unusual hanging from the rear view mirror</span></div> <div><span>*Toys on rear deck</span></div> <div><span>*Various types of decals</span></div> <div><span>*Antenna decorations, sometimes called &ldquo;antenna balls&rdquo;</span></div> <div><span>*Holiday or Christmas decorations, especially red ribbon on the radiator grill.&nbsp;I saw these locally and on vehicles in Afganistan on CNN</span></div> <div><span>*A vehicle with a custom rim different then the other three custom rims.</span></div> <div><span>*Vehicles playing very loud bass (The SAPD has a sick looking pink pickup truck with dark tinted windows)</span></div> <div><span>*Various types of dents.&nbsp; The &ldquo;PIT Manuever&rdquo; dent is the most easily recognizable.&nbsp; It consists of a dimple on either the right or left corner of the rear bumper.</span></div> <div><span>*A vehicle so badly damaged that it shouldn't be on the road at all</span></div> <div><span>*Driver&rsquo;s door different color than the rest of the vehicle.&nbsp; These are usually black-on-white.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>In general anything that makes a vehicle look out of place, even a little.&nbsp; When evaluating a vehicle for tradecraft, use the hit system.&nbsp; The more tradecraft elements you count on a single vehicle, the more likely you have a bogie.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>*Also, cafe style motorcycles with one headlight on, on a two headlight bike.&nbsp; The riders will be wearing full leathers.&nbsp; You may sometimes see the riders wearing rigid backpacks.&nbsp; These are RF jamming devices intended to prevent remote detonation of RCIED's (Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices).&nbsp; If you Google RF jamming devices, you will eventually find the web site for these backpacks.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>Hand Signs: I'm aware of two</span></div> <div><span>*Driver&rsquo;s hand outside the window pointing down at a 45% angle, like the Latin American gangs.&nbsp;(The SAPD has been using this for the last several days since I&rsquo;ve been posting this article.&nbsp; This is actually very clever for them, since this is essentially &ldquo;retractable&rdquo; tradecraft.)</span></div> <div><span>*Something similar to the above using a cigarette.&nbsp; I beleive it's called, &quot;show us your smoke.&quot;</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>If you spot a vehicle with tradecraft don't assume it's traveling alone.&nbsp; They often travel in groups of two or more.&nbsp; Look for the others.&nbsp; They are extremely dangerous.&nbsp; If they catch you looking at them and they know who you are, they'll run some pretty ugly &quot;psyops&quot; on you.&nbsp; And, if you're unlucky enough to be in a position to impede their movement, you may be run off the road.&nbsp; I was.</span></div> <div><span>My experience being gangstalked started in April of 2003, after &quot;flipping off&quot; one of their escortees who had just run me off the road.&nbsp; What happened next is every escort cop in the city harrassed me 24/7 for the next two weeks without abatement.&nbsp; So my first experience being gangstalked was by the escort cops of the LAPD.&nbsp; What a bunch of F'in heroes.&nbsp; NOT!</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>When I first moved to San Antonio 15 months ago there wasn't a lick of tradecraft on the streets, now they're filthy with it.&nbsp; We're being invaded by something.&nbsp; Whoever these people are I hope they go back where they came from.&nbsp; They're NOT good neighbors, they're terrorists.</span></div> <div><span>It sure looks like SA's turning into another scum-sucking spy town like Houston and Laredo.&nbsp; What a tragedy!</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>Sophie Scholl</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>**PRINT AND SAVE THIS CHEAT SHEET.&nbsp;IF YOU DON&rsquo;T SEE IT TODAY YOU WILL EVENTUALLY.&nbsp; This stuff changes daily.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>BTW:</span></div> <div><span>All the computers in the public libraries are wiretapped &ldquo;big-time,&rdquo; and you can&rsquo;t even clear the browser history.&nbsp; The first day I posted this article I was greeted with a very rude surprise in traffic on the way home.&nbsp;I&rsquo;ve also heard complaints from several of my friends that wiretapping is rampant in San Antonio.&nbsp;I can attest that not only is it rampant, but capricious and vindictive.&nbsp; Not only did they wiretap my Internet connection, they leaked the information they obtained to a third &ldquo;non-govermental&rdquo; party, from whom I received the &ldquo;surprise.&rdquo;&nbsp;I can&rsquo;t even begin to tell you how far out of compliance this is with federal wiretapping guidelines authorized undere F.I.S.A. (the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act), which &ldquo;only&rdquo; authorizes warrantless wiretaps in cases of foreign espionage.&nbsp;<b><i>If they&rsquo;re willing to do this just to mess with someone, do you really think your business secrets aren&rsquo;t fair game?</i></b></span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>They also have roving and stationary plain-clothed civillian foot and vehicle patrols that text message the whereabouts, direction and time-of-travel of <b><u>any </u></b>individual they <b><u>choose</u></b> to target, even if that individual is not under investigation.&nbsp;I have been threatened by these people on several occaissions and been &ldquo;shown&rdquo; my bust on two cellphones and one wireless enabled &ldquo;Gameboy.&rdquo;&nbsp; In my case this &ldquo;tool&rdquo; was used to harrass me and not for any legitimate law enforcement purpose.&nbsp;I can only describe this as &ldquo;punitive surveillance&rdquo; which is strictly prohibited by the fourth and fourteenth amendments to the US Constitution, the gist of which is that the power of investigation cannot be used to stifle or &ldquo;chill&rdquo; lawful expression and behavior, mush less activities of &ldquo;daily living&rdquo; such as going to work or to the gym and &ldquo;life processes&rdquo; such as eating and sleeping.&nbsp;<b><i>If they&rsquo;re willing to do this, what makes you think they won&rsquo;t text your leaving your hotel to someone up the road who&rsquo;ll crash into your Mercedes or BMW to collect the insurance.</i></b></span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><b><span>TOURISTS AND CONVETIONERS:</span></b></div> <div><span>I don&rsquo;t recommend San Antonio as a travel destination.&nbsp; It&rsquo;s not civil rights, due process, or &ldquo;privacy&rdquo; friendly.&nbsp;Vote with your feet.&nbsp;Patronize a destination that is less tolerant of domestic spying and all the corrupt skulduggery that inevitably comes with it.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>And please report back, or start your own thread.&nbsp;I&rsquo;d love to take a poll or read about the most civil rights friendly and domestic spying intolerant communities in America or the world for that matter.&nbsp;Americans and others deserve to be informed about the communities that are going top treat them the best, even if they&rsquo;re overseas.&nbsp; It&rsquo;s too important to be left to chance.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span>**Warning to travelers going to Caraccas Venezuela.&nbsp;Don&rsquo;t take the &ldquo;Black&rdquo; airport taxis.&nbsp; The drivers function as intelligence agents and probably have American ties.&nbsp;Take &ldquo;only&rdquo; the &ldquo;White&rdquo; independently owned taxis.&nbsp; The drivers are honest, although a bit pushy, but they will take you where you want to go and will usually charge half of what the black taxis do.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> http://estrecho.indymedia.org/general/noticia/gangstalked-again-san-antonio-texas-usa#comments General How To Spot Their Vehicles Sun, 31 Jan 2010 21:59:32 +0000 1064 at http://estrecho.indymedia.org
